Key/Legend
I have a Sheet in Excel (2003) in which Column A is repeated on every page.
There are three cells at the bottom of the page that contain information that is used as an informational key/legend. Two of the three cells' contents stretch across several columns. With a set print area, there are two pages. On the second page, the cells that contain the "keys" or "legend" are cutoff at the beginning of the second column. How do I get these cells to display all their information on the second page? |
Key/Legend
Why don't you put the Legend in the footer...
From the top menu, select FILE then PAGE SETUP then HEADER/FOOTER then CUSTOM FOOTER. -- Hope this helps. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
