Problem with formula showing in cell
I am having a problem with a excel document that I exported from a pdf file.
When I enter a formula in a cell the cell shows the formula continously. I know that something happened like this a few years ago and there was an adjustment that could be made in calculation and it would be fixed but that doesn't seem to be working in this instance. Any suggestions? |

The cells are formatted as Text.
Format all cells to General then re-enter the formula by F2 + ENTER.
