I have 2 dollar amounts, for example $44,850.00 and $33,658.60, I need a
formula that will tell me what the precentage is for the difference between both amounts |

Percentage of what?

Why have you used ABS?

Asked for the percent difference. If someone says, give me the percentage
difference from 8 to 10, I'll say 25%. Conversely, if someone says give me the percentage difference from 10 to 8, I'll say 20%, not negative 20%.
