Is this possible?
Sheet 1 Column A = list of part numbers on each purchase order ( a part number will show up many times) Column H = In stock ready to ship Sheet 2 Column A =list of all part numbers Column C = addition of column H sheet 1, ( for a grand total ) of all the times that part number shows up in column A on sheet 1 Can it be done? thank you -- I think I am, therfore I am, I think |

Try this in column C of Sheet2:
