I need to add one more criteria to this function

=MAX(IF((Data!A2:A2500=2008)*(Data!G2:G2500="U & E"),Data!C2:C2500))

I would like to add a filter (Data!A2:A2500=2008)*(Data!G2:G2500="U & E")
and Data!J2:J2500 does not equal "FA" to the above function. I'm not sure
how to do this.
