Don't know what "start" is, but try this in C1:

=IF(B2<start,0,IF(B2=B1,"Remove",0))

Hope this helps.

Try this formula in cell C1:

=IF(B2<"Start",0,IF(B2<B1,0,"Remove"))

Hope this helps / Lars-Åke

Shorter formula:

=IF(AND(B2=start,B2=B1),"Remove",0)

Thanks its working.

If I put formula in C2 and "Remove" returns in C1

If you want remove to appear in C1, then the formula goes in C1. Without
using VBA, you can't have data populate a completely different cell based on
a separate cell (without it's own formula).
