How do I uncheck numerous Excel2003 form toolbar check boxes?
I have put together a spreadsheet that we use to be sure that I am complying
with complicated coding (billing) rules. The form has about 100 check boxes that came from the forms toolbar. Every patient needs to start out with all the check boxes unchecked. I cannot find a way to uncheck all the check boxes. Closing and reopening the spreadsheet is too time consuming, as is manually unchecking all check boxes. (I have never programmed with visual basic.) Thank you for your help. Bryan |

Bryan,
From the drawing toolbar, click the "Select objects" button - AKA the arrow button. Then click and drag to select all your check boxes. Once they are selecti, right-click one of them, choose "Format Control", and on the "Control" tab click the "Unchecked" radio button. Finish by clicking OK.
