I have the following:

COL1 COL2 COL3 COL4
SP000008 COVS S&IH EN

and need this displayed in

COL5
SP000008_COVS_S&IH_EN.html

Assuming each column will have an entry and that, unlike your posted message
looks, there will not be extraneous blank spaces before or after an entry...

E2: =A2&"_"&B2&"_"&C2&"_"&D2&".html"

If there can be extraneous blank spaces, then use this instead....

E2: =TRIM(A2)&"_"&TRIM(B2)&"_"&TRIM(C2)&"_"&TRIM(D2)&" .html"
