multi work book sheet copies

how do i copy a worksheet to another work book
 
I have a series of workbooks(36) that was a lot of sheets(31). on the
main sheet it looks at each sheets alot of times. I am trying to copy
master sheet to each of the work books with out a reference to the master
workbook
ie
i need something like this ='30'!$C$11
but when i do the copy i get this ='[proget1.XLS]30'!$C$11

how do i copy a whole sheet so i get the first result not the second one?

please i could use some help

Select all cells in source worksheet.

EditReplace

What: =
With: ^^^

Replace all

Copy the worksheet to the other workbook and reverse the process.

Close source workbook without saving.
