I need a formula to tell me which reports had a notification associated with
them. The spreadsheet is set up like such:

A B
1 4 300456
2 3 300258
3 1

Where Cells A1,A2 and A3 contain the type of report (1 to 11) and B cells
have a notification number if there is one. I need the formula to go through
my spreadsheet and tell me report #3 had one notification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
