Hi All...

I have a list as shown below. I need a formula that will automatically tell
me the performance wise postition of eah candidate.....
I want a formula that will automatically calculate col C

col A Col B Col C
Person1 25% 4
Person2 35% 2
Person3 38% 1
Person4 18% 5
Person5 28% 3

PLEASE HELP

Hi,

Put this in c1 and drag down

=RANK(B1,$B$1:$B$5)
