A.R.W. OPTICAL CORP ARW-OPT O Appoved, 4/15/08

when i run this report the same name shows up multiple times, is there i can
filter it? even if on another page so it will only show up once and ignore

You could create a pivot, placing the "Name" col into the ROW and DATA areas.
The ROW area will return the uniques listing that you're after.

Here's some easy steps (in xl2003):
Assume names data in A2 down, with a col header in A1: Name
Select col A, click Data Pivot Table. Click Next Next. In step 3, click
Layout, then drag n drop "Name" into the ROW and DATA areas. Click OK
Finish. Hop over to the pivot in the new sheet to the left for the results.
