exact differnce between 2 dates & time, networkday give round off
 

I want to find out the fraction differnce between two time points. e.g work
starts on 4th july 2008 13:11:45 and ends at 17th july 2008 18:23:23. Now I
want to find exact working time spent on the activity. so it should not
include holidays. I know networkdays give the answer but it gives answerin
whole no. or round off value I want the answer in exact fractions. Pls guide
me if anyone able to calculate so. I mean answer should come time 13.23 days.
etc.
