Default Formula
This formula is workable in Office 2007.
Please advise relevant formula in Office 2003.

=COUNTIFS(M3:M17,"=MAN",P3:P17,"=2000")+(COUNTIFS( M3:M17,"=LHR",P3:P17,"=2000"))
