combining worksheets
 

i have a workbook1.xls which is a general list of employees and a
workbook2.xlt which is a pattern file of the personal data of one employee.
i create a hyperlink between the employee's last name on workbook1 and the
homonym file( which was created from the .xlt ). Is there any way to avoid
creating hyperlinks when i create a new employee? something like pre-existing
hyperlinks in workbook1 that when you click them a new file from the .xlt is
created?
