Default Countif in an ARRAY.

I want to count the number of instances that C2:C487 is equal to G A and
where the numbers in cells E2:E487 are greater than the numbers in cells
F2:F487. I
|=COUNT(IF(($C$2:$C$487="G A"),$E$2:$E$487, " F2:F487"))}.
