What is VBA and where can I find more info on it?
I set a question earlier and it said it was posted; however, I don't see it.
Anyway, I would like to that Pete_UK for the assistance he gave me on my last question. My new problem is how to make the current date automatically appear when the excel template is opened, I read some of the other questions, and it looks like I should use VBA. Unfortunately, I don't know what this is and cannot made heads or tails out of the function in a previous question. -- Minnie |

Hi,
Can you not just enter the function =TODAY()in a cell in the template? That way, when you open it, the current date will appear in that cell. Dave url:http://www.ureader.com/msg/104235394.aspx |
