need an aswer- URGENT!
 

I have a data by heading in a file as a master data file. I do have form 7
file with 10 worksheet. each worksheet represent single form.
In master data file I have many data in row so I need to extract each data
in every row to paste in correct worksheet.
Its possible to do it in excel? I hope it can, rather than I use a copy
paste manually each row(cell by cell) to paste in a single worksheet (in a
specific colom) as I have about 4000 row to copy and paste and all data neet
to print out each row belong to 1 worksheet.

Please help me.....I hope I could save a time by doing some fomula or set
funtion rather than copy paste manually to each workseet.
