Locate duplicates in column A, then, delete the row
Have a large name and address list; I want to locate duplicates based on
"NAMES," or 'TAX ID NUMBERS," then delete the duplicate row records (leaving, of course, one record to use for the mailing). Thanks so much. |

You can do this using Advanced Filter - Debra Dalgleish shows you how
