Match data then comapre and return new data

I am try to find data on table1 and return data from table2. (discount
rate and Full rate) by enter data1 and data2 then enter formula to one
off the cell to compare the price (data1+data2) and check in the
Discount rate and if it is match then return the 596 (full rate)
