Hi Everyone,
I have phone number recorded in very messy way in column D1:D45000 some numbers have spaces inbetween i.e. 029873 0982 How do I remove those spaces? I tried going into Ctrl + F - Replace " " to "" but it did not work. Help please~~ Thank you Regards James |
Removing Space
When you enter text into the Find and Replace boxes, you do not need
to put quotes. So, select the column, CTRL-H, then: FIND: type a single <space REPLACE: leave blank Click Replace All Note that you will probably lose the leading zero unless you pre- format the cells as text. Hope this helps.
