how can i read the first row when i pull down the page??

I want to know how to set the functions about it:

i will set the first row is headling lines, then enter the data start from
row 3, when i pull down the page how can i still can reach the first row?
let me easy to finish the filling forms!!

Select cell A4. Click Window Freeze Panes. Now, the first 3 rows will stay
visible when you scroll down.
