How do I create a formula that can recognize the date and return the season
under the proper season colum?

I have =IF(AND(MONTH(H3)4,(H3)<9),"Summer","") reading from
05/15/08 12:00 AM
and it doesnt return anything

=LOOKUP(MONTH(B5),{1,5,9},{"Spring","Summer","Fall "})
