Lookup Formula

Having trouble with a lookup when searching fo rhte first nonblank cell as a
reference point.

1 24 24 24
2 18 12 12
3 8
4 06/15 06/22 06/29 07/06 07/13 07/20

In cell A1 I need a formula that will return 07/06, A2 returns 06/22, and A3
returning 07/13.
