Can I save different sets of sort criteria for a spreadsheet?

I have a spreadsheet and the data will be sorted different ways for different
purposes. Can I save the sort parameters for each search, giving it a name,
so I don't have to re-enter the different levels every time?

Recording a macro of each sort would allow you to call them at will
and would record each setting.

Copy your "main" page to other worksheets, sort as you wish and rename the
tab according to your "sort".
