Choose merged cell and sum data

I have a worksheet with the following data. I want to choose 010 then
sum 'total sent' with a formula. The problem I'm having is the 6
cells containing 010 that I'm referencing are merged. I maybe
eventually accessing many simular worksheets possibling using VBA
