Office 2003 Excel worksheet. I have made a "hanging tubes" type of chart to
track monthly expenditures. On some months there might be "$0.00" spent in a
category. On the chart the amount "$0.00" is behind the category name
(because there is no bar to show), looking blurred and of course not neat at
all. Of course when there are expenditures the amont is out at the end of
the bar. Oh, yes I chose to have the amounts show at the end of the bars.
Do I have to delete this option? I have looked for "don't show 0 amounts but
can not find it for this particular function. Thanks so much in advance!

Try changing the formulas so they return #N/A if the amount spent is zero.
Charts display that a little different. Worth a look.
