What would cause the comment box to resize and move on it's own?
 

I'm using Excel 3 and have an issue with an already sized comment box moving
randomly on the spreadsheet. When I drag my cursor over the cell and notice
the comment box is to small to read I will click edit comment only to have
the comment box move down sometimes a page or two. The line will still point
to the original cell but the box may be 2 pages down. It's easily dragged
back up but it's kind of irritating.
