Changing the apperance of values

I have a work book showing a quantity on hand, quantity in stock and the
variance between them. I am wanting to formate my variance column to change
eveny value greater than 5 to show as red (or make every value grater than 5
stand out in some way). Thank you for helping.

Say a variance is in cell C5. Select the cell and pull-down:

Format Conditional Formatting... Formula Is:
=C15 and then set the font color to red.
