Consolidating Sales Data to Summary Worksheet
I'm looking to the experts on this one as I am a basic Excel (2003) user.
I'm trying to automate consolidating regional sales data for 8 regions (8 individual worksheets) onto 3 summary worksheets (one for each item) On the summary worksheet I would like to consolidate the data by the delivery date, case qty totals and sales totals by month by region. The goal is to group all sales (both cases and dollars) by item, by month, by region The regional worksheets are updated continuously and are set up similar to this example A B C D E F G H Reg Del Date Del Loc P.O. Qty Item Del Cost Inv Total 1 NW 01/03/08 Sumner 4586 850 Product A 84.08 71,468.00 2 NW 03/15/07 Salt Lak 6895 960 Product B 93.05 89,328.00 3 NW 04/07/08 Sumner 7854 680 Product C 84.08 57,174.40 4 NW 12/08/07 Sumner 6523 960 Product B 93.05 89,328.00 The Summary Worksheet example is Monthly Sales for Product A NW Reg SE Reg NE Reg CS Sales CS Sales Cs Sales Jan 07 1458 100,650 2540 258,000 2586 125,000 Feb 07 2586 250,340 3654 354,158 1452 100,000 Mar 07 4500 400,000 4558 450,000 1254 98,000 Thanks |
