Activating cells with checkbox
Greetings,
I have no idea if this is even possible but here is what I'm trying to do. I have an excel spreadsheet with a list of sales location which will open throughout different times of the year. Once they open there will be certain one time expenses associated with the opening. Is there a way that I can have a checkbox, or even a menu so when I decide the sales location opens, the expenses will automatically generate? This is a rush project. Thanks! -- Chantal Livingstone Virtual Business Assistant Key Administration Comprehensive Business Support |
Activating cells with checkbox
Ok so what I've figure out all by myself is a Yes or No drop down menu
however I would really prefer a checkbox if possible. If anyone knows how to do that, I would really appreciate it. Now the dilemma is how to get the rest of the worksheet to automatically generate. I have a sheet with my values and they are all names accordingly. I need an IF function to say IF location A is open, calculate 5% of said amount. Am I making any sense? -- Chantal Livingstone Virtual Business Assistant Key Administration Comprehensive Business Support "KeyAdministration" wrote: Greetings, I have no idea if this is even possible but here is what I'm trying to do.
