The loan amortization schedule template skips a month. It only gives you 11
months in one year. But, it is figuring extra interest for the skipped month. Why does it do this, and how do I get 12 months figured in correctly? On a 6 year note, it leaves out 6 months - one for each year. I need a simple answer. Thanks. |
