Excel Scientific Format
Hi
I have a SAP generated xls file with full of data like this: 23e34, 211e3, 34e344, 33e21 in the cells. When I open this file in Excel 2007 it realize these cells should be in Scientific format and set it. But it should not, once it set the wrong format I cannot set back to TEXT format. We have checked all the possible settings on the SAP side and no result. How can I get Excel 2007 not to convert the cell format? How can I turn off autoformat? If I import the file over "Text file import" function it is good because I can tell the program to set the format to text but it is a little more steps than in the previouse versions and users don't like tis solution:( Thanks in advance! imi |
