make my spreadsheet at 10% to all cells
I have made a price spreadsheet that we use in the office, now my boss wants
me change all the prices by adding 10% to all numbers. When I set up the spreadsheet, I just typed in the numbers, I did not use any formulas. I cannot figure out how to do this, and I really do not want to change each cell one by one. HELP!! |

Hi
Go to an empty cell. Enter 1.1 into it. Copy this cell. Select the cells you want changed. Go menu Edit Paste Special, check Multiply and click OK. Tell your boss it was a very demanding job, but you managed, thanks to some very expensive high-octane coffee that he doesn't really have to pay for unless he truly insists. HTH. Best wishes Harald "jenshakay1972" skrev i melding ... I have made a price spreadsheet that we use in the office, now my boss wants me change all the prices by adding 10% to all numbers.
