Linking Entire Worksheet
I have an Excel workbook named Master that has a worksheet named Price List.
I also have an Excel workbook named Updated that is stored on our webserver. This workbook is an exact copy of Master. Finally, I have an Excel workbook named Client Copy that is e-mailed to clients. This is also an exacty copy of Master. What we need to do is set up links so we can update the Price List worksheet in Master, it in turn updates Updated on the server and then the Client Copy is updated from the workbook stored on a server. Right now we have links for each individual cell in each workbook, and it seems to be working fine. My question is - is there an easier way to just link everything on the entire worksheet so when one is updated (whether it is changing a cell or inserting or deleting a row) the others automatially update as well - kind of like a copy and paste but one that is automatic? I hope I explained that well enough. Thanks in advance to anyone who has suggestions! |
