Page Breaks
I am working in Excel XP and I have a large sheet that I work on all the time
and now out of know were the page break ----- doted lines do not show. All I had to do to make them show up was go to File/Page Setup/Sheet/OK but that does not work. I looked in TOOLS/OPTIONS/Window Options to see if there was a check mark in Page breaks and there is. The break mark"-----" shows up in all other workbooks in Excel. How can I get the page break marks "-----" to show up. |
Do you have your sheet set to "Fit to 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall" in
Tools/Options/Page/Scaling? JE asked if you had it set for: "Fit to 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall"
you answered Yes. Did you mean that? Maybe you want: "Fit to 1 page(s) wide by (leave empty) tall" Jason wrote: NO, but it is 12pg. long Not one "JE McGimpsey" wrote: In article , "Jason" wrote: YES That's the one that bites me every so often. If you set Page Setup to "1 page wide by 1 tall", then it's *one* page...

much info to fit on just one page. I am looking for the Page Break Lines "-----" to show on the srceen. I'll try one time. JE may not be back to this post<g Uncheck the "Fit to 1 page(s) by 1 tall" to see page breaks. No matter what the size of your print range, if you have "Fit to 1 page by 1 page" checked, Excel will fit it all on one page.
