Unix Time in Excel
Hello Community:
I have two questions regarding Unix time. I have a number of calculations that have unix time codes in them and I am trying to do the following: 1) Convert the unix time to normal time to display in Excel 2) Subtract one unix time from another and then have the difference display in SECONDS in Excel Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Craig |
Shat is 'unix time'? An example would be useful. Is this 'unix time' in you
worksheet as text/number??? This information would also be very helpful. Sincerely, Gary Brown "Craig Walker" wrote: Hello Community: I have two questions regarding Unix time. There is a UDF available at http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel*/udfs/unixtoxltime.html that does the conversion. -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "Craig Walker" wrote in message ...
