Timesheet help
 

I have a timesheet where I keep a running total of the overtime. This is an
example of the formula:
=IF($K46="","",REPT("
",4-SEARCH(":",TEXT($K46,"[h]:mm")))&TEXT($K46,"[h]:mm")&REPT("
",4-1-(LEN(TEXT($K46,"[h]:mm"))-SEARCH(":",TEXT($K46,"[h]:mm")))))
Now this is my problem, I need to subtract just 8 hrs. from that and have it
continue every week with the new total. Everything I've tried gives me
errors. So I was wondering if anyone knew what to do. If you would like to
see the timesheet I can send it to you because you may need to see it to
understand what I'm saying. I'm not very good at explaining :) Anyway,

hey biff, I think you were the one who helped me create this timesheet
in the first place! I was trying to get a hold of you but I lost your
