How do I hide the Check Box number?
When I put check boxes in a document by using the forms toolbar, the check
box number is entered in the cell along with the box itself. I thought the box number was just for my reference, but when I printed the document, the box numbers printed as well. Is there any way to hide or remove the box numbers? Thank you! |

Right click on the check box... then click on the outline. You should be able
to insert your cursor and delete the text. "ctyclrk" wrote: When I put check boxes in a document by using the forms toolbar, the check box number is entered in the cell along with the box itself.
