Can anybody tell how we can find out any repeated data in the worksheet
easily and then delete it.

Several things come to mind... Can you try Data Sort (make sure you select
the entire sheet by clicking in the upper left hand corner of the sheet;
between the ! and the A). Hope that helps. If not, post back with more
information about what you need to do.
