Pivot table additions within the 'value area'
i have a worksheet broken into 26 weeks, each broken into 7 days. so their
all the same. i want to display each week on a report sheet, but only in 4 weeks (1 month) group. i tried a pivot table, but i can't get the value area to display my values. It only displays '1' in each cell. Would i be better to have a command button or scroll button to flick thru the weekly groups. i.e. each click displays the next week in a view. -- Browny |

Fiddle with that Pivot Table a little more...I'll bet you can do it... wink,
wink. You probably just need a 'helper column' whereby you organize your data into weeks in that specific column, and then use that column as the primary 'pivot' in the Pivot Table. Give it a go and see what you get.
