I have some blank cells which have to be complete once. Example, same people have a keys, but all cells doesn't complete, 358 John John " 423 Mery Mery " Can somebody help to solve the problem, Thanks very much Mery |

I'm not exactly sure what you want to do, but give this a try.
Select your data range with your mouse, hit Ctrl + g, then click 'Special', click 'Blanks', Click OK, type the '=' sign, hit the up arrow key, hold down the Ctrl key and then hit enter.
