Auto holiday days populate on other sheets

Help..
In sheet 1 I have a list of public holidays which I would like to show as a
highlighted cell in another sheet. ie I have twelve X month sheets, Jan,
Feb, etc
In row B3 I have the month date as 01-Jan and so on for the rest of the month.
Is there a formula that will also highlight a second or third date in that
month as well.
I am trying to do a roster and by having all the holidays in sheet 1 making
it far easier to roster staff accordingly.
Any help would be greatful
