Default Can I reverse the axes of a populated worksheet (X to Y, Y to X)?

I need to reverse the data, by reversing the axes, to facilitate transferring
the data into another spreadsheet(worksheet). The stuff in the columns needs
to be in rows, to match the rest of my worksheets, including the names of the
columns. Any way to flip it???
