how do you make rows on a pread sheet so that when you print it shows up
|
By 'rows' do you mean 'lines' as in Cell Borders?
If so, you can either: 1) go to the menu and choose File | Page Setup, then on the Sheet tab of the dialog box, check Gridlines, or 2) highlight the range of cells you want in your print range, then from the menu choose Format | Cells and go to the Border tab and apply cell borders the way you want them to appear Duke "David Decker" wrote: how do you make rows on a pread sheet so that when you print it shows up |
David;
To make it much easier, there is a little button on the right of the tool bar that you can add line, borders, etc with. No need to go hunting through web menus when the solution is on the toolbar. These techs always want to do things the hard way! LOL "David Decker" <David wrote in message ... how do you make rows on a pread sheet so that when you print it shows up |
