Excel 2003: Replicating Formula

I have a summary sheet that references cells in another worksheet. The cells
that are referenced are not consecutive. e.g.

Weekly Summary Sheet
V3 ='3-14-08'!B8
V4 ='3-14-08'!B11
V5 ='3-14-08'!B19
etc.

As you can see, the formula references the 3/14/08 worksheet. Now I want to
reference the 3/21 worksheet but keep the cell numbers, B8, B11 and B19 the
same. How do I do that?

Put $ signs around the B. So it will look like

V3 = '3-14-08'!$B$8
V4 = '3-14-08!$B$11
etc
