Can I change the direction of the text for Pivot table headings?
I have lots of columns with dates and it would be a lot better to have them sideways. |

You can use one of the AutoFormats that has rotated headings, or format the
headings cells. To use an Autoformat, select a cell in the pivot table Choose FormatAutoformat Select a format with rotated headings (Table 5, Table 8, or Table 9) Click OK OR, to format the heading cells: Select the date heading cells in the pivot table Choose FormatCells Select the Alignment tab For orientation, select 90 degrees (type the number, or drag the red diamond to the top of the dial) Click OK "Natalie" wrote: Can I change the direction of the text for Pivot table headings?
