Excel - Sorting groups in groups due to subtotaling

I need to know how to sort numbers in groups when they are within
groups due to subtotaling.
I want to be able to sort each company by descending order by Sales
number.
Here is an example:

Customer Name Product Name Sales
ABC Company Product 1 880
Product 2 220
Product 3 400
Subtotal 1,420
DEF Company Product 1 700
Product 2 1,250
Product 3 100
Subtotal 2,050

I need to know (as they say) yesterday, if anyone can help!!!!!
Thanks!

Try using a pivot table, and do grouping within the pivot table.

Thanks.

Arrange your data in list format: Say you have Year in A1, CompanyName in B1,
ProductName in C1, and Sales in D1. Your data will go from A2:D100 (or any
range). Click on Data Pivot table and pivot chart select Excel list
then click next click on the A:D headers so the entire columns selected
this way your report will expand automatically each time you add more data to
the list Click next drag the 'Year' field into the 'Page section', and
the CompanyName and ProductName fields on the 'Row' section, and finally add
the 'Sales' field to the 'Data section' double click on the new sales
button and select SUM instead of count Next Finish. Your pivot table
report is ready. You can group, ungroup, format, etc the report the way you
like. Now your Products are grouped within each company/customer. If you
would like to sort the sales in Ascending/Descending order, double click the
sales button click on Advance and sort your products based on sales. Look
in the help section for more details about the pivot tables.
