Hi Marsha,
Assuming you wanted to add say 10 rows in between rows 20 & 21, click on the row 21 row header and drag down 10 rows (they should all highlight) then just right click somewhere in the highlighted area or on one of the highlighted row headers and select 'Insert' from the pop up menu.
