Linking text columns with text and data columns

Hello,

Column A consists of country names in dutch
Column B consists of country names in english
A and B are linked

Column C consists of country names in english
Column D consists numbers linked to column C

How can you link column B and C, well preserving each linked column (A with
B and C with D)
